About Kayla
I competed in triathlon from 2021-2023, previously being a swimmer beforehand. I decided to give cycling races a go to enhance my skills and racing awareness and this sparked my cycling career. I won a British national series in only my third ever race.
Since being spotted off of Scottish cycling, I joined to performance development squad. I now compete in track cycling also, having represented Scotland in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.
I now look forward to the 2024 season and am looking forward to developing my racing skills and bike handling, and travelling to many new and familiar places on my bike. I am most looking forward to the races with hills and hard routes!
