Harriet Hendry
Returning for 2026 is Harriet who moves up to the U23 category in the coming year. Harriet is taking a year out from studying to train, race, earn some money and travel. She will hopefully secure a place studying Dentistry in 2026. On the bike we’re confident Harriet will be right in the mix this coming season. Supported by 360 Cycling, Harriet has been making great progress on road and in CX, with a recent hat trick of wins in the Scottish National Series.

Nina Padmanabhan
Joining the team for 2026 we have Nina Padmanabhan. Nina moved up to junior in January 2025 after a few years competing in triathlon and duathlon with some cyclocross and mountain bike racing too. Nina raced in the XTERRA cross triathlon world championships in 2024 and 2025. She is now in her last year of school and is applying to university to study medicine.

Tess Byrne
Returning for 2026 is Tess Byrne who continues with Solas as a second year junior. A past National triathlon champion, Tess has been developing her skills and racecraft through 2025 and getting visibly stronger and more confident with each race. Now based in Glasgow and studying computer science Tess will be racing on the road and the track in the coming year.
“I’m super excited to be back racing with the team for the 2026 season. It’s a great group of girls to be a part of and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in the new year.”
Isla Easto
Isla returns to Solas this year for 2nd year in U23. Coming from a skiing and triathlon background, Isla started cycling competitively in 2022. After a successful couple of years as a junior she moved up to U23 for the 2025 season. She achieved several TT podiums including 2nd female and 1st u23 at the Scottish CTT 10 mile champs, 3rd female overall at the Ingleborough TT as well as securing two podiums in the Scotia Series and finishing on the podium overall once again. While balancing work with training next year Isla hopes to focus on TT nationals as well as going back to her roots and getting back into triathlon.

Daisy Barnes
Daisy is new to the team for the 2026 season as an associate rider, taking an active role in racing and riding, representing the team and its values, while providing a supporting role within the team, mentoring the riders, sharing experience and providing guidance towards strength and conditioning and health. Daisy did her undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Stirling University so knows Scotland well and feels at home over the border. After finishing her masters in physiotherapy this year Daisy brings this new knowledge to the team and is ready to get stuck into some bike racing after a quiet year on the bike following 2 years with UCI Continental Team Alba Development RoadTeam and 2 years with OnForm Brother UK before this.

Lowri Richards
New rider for 2026, Lowri Richards who is an U23. Lowri rode for UCI Continental Team Pronoctis in 2024 before taking a break from racing at the beginning of 2025. Lowri regained her love for the sport and fresh motivation so came back as a solo rider for the remainder of the year and signed for Solas for 2026.
“I’m really excited about racing with Solas. I joined the team because of the positive atmosphere and the no pressure approach which is something I believe I need while I find my feet on the domestic race scene again. I’m looking forward to providing support to the younger riders in the team who I hope can benefit from my years of racing experience too”
Millie Thomson
Millie returns for 2026 continuing in U23. After some time out from the sport, Millie returned strongly in 2025 winning the Perth GP in her first race back before showing her true potential on the Belgian kermesse scene in July. Following some strong finishes with the elites, Millie scored a breakthrough win at Izegem U23 beating several WWT development and conti riders in the process. Alongside her training, Millie continues to enjoy university life in Stirling where she’s studying Film and Media, and the challenge of combining study with sport at a high level.

Lydia Louw
New rider for the 2026 season is Lydia Louw who is U23. On the back of a season where Lydia placed third at the British Duathlon Championships and made her Team GB debut at the World Duathlon Championships, she’s now ready to channel that momentum into the cycling scene. At her first national cycling race, she earned a bronze medal in a close sprint finish at the National Crit Championships.
“I’m really grateful to have the support of Solas for my first season as a cyclist. I’m excited to show what I can do, confident in the work I’ve put in, and proud to be part of such a great team. I can’t wait to train hard, race hard, and enjoy the journey with everyone at Solas!”
Kasey Park
A new rider for 2026 is Kasey Park who is a first year junior. Kasey had a strong 2024 season with multiple Scottish podiums, including Scottish national crit champs, Scottish National youth circuit champs, and Scottish youth track champs. She unfortunately had to take a step back from racing in 2025, but we’re excited to see what 2026 season has in store.
